no. all orders will be shipped to one location. if you want two different shipping addresses, you have to place 2 different orders

Will you lie on the customs form for me?
no!! that’s illegal!! i can be legally prosecuted for doing that. i only do crimes where i Won’t get caught. if i lie on customs, they literally have my name and address right there!!
i know fees are expensive but so is me having to pay fines/go to court for doing crimes. no thx
also, the bag packages will all be insured for however much the package costs. that means if it gets lost or destroyed, we can both get our money back! yay! but if i lie and put the wrong amount, that’s how much i’ll get as a refund from the post office. not yay.

Why does international shipping cost so much??
it actually costs more than what you’re seeing! It costs around $76 to send a backpack to Australia :’) I made the shipping prices cheaper by using my profit from the bags to cover part of them. in some cases I am making $4.10 per bag ;; o ;; )/ Please understand that the bags are Heavy and Large and awkwardly sized so they won’t fit in flat rate boxes. and things cost money to ship in the US :’)

no. just pledge for the item you want. you will be charged shipping later via Backerkit. if you read the campaign details carefully, it will explain this!

I want 3 purses, but you don't have a tier option for that!
You will be able to add on more bags later via Backerkit. Just pledge for 2 bags for now. you can add on infinite later! I just didn’t want to make 2389475 different tiers because that would be confusing!

Is there any way to see what the extra color options fabrics will look like in real life? Or will there be any new prototypes made with these colors before we submit our surveys?
I have not chosen the exact color swatches just yet. Once I decide, I will show y’all the fabric swatches before you have to pick the color you want. We won’t be able to see a finished bag in the colors before this happens. The color variations will not be made until I place the bulk order.

When will I be charged on Backerkit?
If you pay with card, Backerkit will not charge you until I am ready to ship. This will not be until November. make sure there’s money in your account then. If you pay with PayPal, Backerkit will charge you immediately.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
